The ground rules for using FastInvoicePDF. We've kept them short and in plain English.
Last updated: June 13, 2026
Plain-language summary: FastInvoicePDF is a free tool you use at your own discretion. The invoices you create are yours; we don't review them or guarantee they meet your legal or tax obligations.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FastInvoicePDF (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
FastInvoicePDF is a free, browser-based tool that helps you create and download invoices as PDF documents. The Service requires no account and generates invoices entirely within your browser. We offer it as-is and may add, change, or remove features over time.
You are solely responsible for the content of the invoices you create and for how you use them. In particular, you agree that:
The Service is a document-generation tool, not a substitute for professional advice. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with the laws and tax rules that apply to you. When in doubt, consult a qualified professional.
The invoices you generate, and the data you enter into them, belong to you. The Service itself — including its design, code, and branding — belongs to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service itself without permission, but you may freely use the invoices you create.
We strive to keep the Service available and working, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastInvoicePDF and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
